Open letter to Telekom Malaysia UNIFI

Dear UNIFI,

I am so excited today when UNIFI installer man came. Despite agreeing to fork out a few hundred for installation and extra length wiring, I am so disappointed when there isn’t any db port for my unit to connected. All 16 ports were taken by the commercial tenants at my place.

1. Wondering why only 16 ports available when we have more than 50 businesses there?

2. When I complain to TM, the officer on the line have the courage to tell me I have to wait until there are more request before TM can consider installing extra port for installation?

Hope your office can rectify this need immediately.
